Our pricing reflects current standard competitive rates in the industry of junk removal which also includes for our company: dump fees, fuel, recycling cost, up charges for tire disposal, refrigerant removal of appliances.

Standard single item pick up minimum $75 (price increases on size, weight, type of item)
Most pricing is based on custom estimate based on items, size, difficulty to remove, if item contains freon or refrigerant, density of items like drywall.
Tires receive up charges per tire and based on size of tire, we have to pay to dispose of these.
If items to be removed are from a hazardous or difficult location then an up charge will be applied for the removal ex: attic, barn loft, flight of stairs etc.
